Answer any ONE of the following questions. (1 X 7 = 7 Marks)

  1. "A" asked his servant "B" to go and search for A's missing boy. After "B" left the house "A" announced an award of Rs 50000 for anyone who brings the missing child. "B" found the child and handed over to his master. "B" had claimed for the award. A rejected to pay award to B. Advise "B".
  2. "A" tells his wife that he would commit suicide, if she did not transfer her personal assets to him. She does so under this contract. Can the wife avoid the contract?
