  1. A & B jointly executed a promissory note in favor of 'Z'. Does it come under the purview of guarantee? Explain the salient features of the guarantee contract.
  2. 'A' advises 'B' a minor fifty thousand on the guarantee of the 'C'. On-demand for repayment 'B' refuses to repay on the ground of his minority. Can 'A' recover the money from' C'.
