  1. What are the Rights and Duties of Bailor and Bailee.
  2. The liability of the surety is coextensive that of principal debtor.Explain

Part- C

Answer any ONE of the following questions. (1 X 7 = 7 Marks)

  1. A & B jointly executed a promissory note in favor of 'Z'. Does it come under the purview of guarantee? Explain the salient features of the guarantee contract.
  2. 'A' advises 'B' a minor fifty thousand on the guarantee of the 'C'. On-demand for repayment 'B' refuses to repay on the ground of his minority. Can 'A' recover the money from' C'.
